DMCA Takedown Policy & Copyright Infringement Notification

WingDing MEDIA™ (“WingDing LLC,” “WingDing”, “wingding TV”,  “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement on our platform.


1. Designated Agent

Pursuant to the DMCA, WingDing LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on WingDing LLC infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL).

  4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.


3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which WingDing LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.


4. Repeat Infringer Policy

WingDing LLC terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also disable access to content, accounts, or services of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not repeat infringement is involved.


5. Reservation of Rights

WingDing LLC reserves the right to remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We may also disclose information necessary to comply with the DMCA or other applicable laws.


⚠️ Important: Do not submit false claims. Misrepresenting that content is infringing may subject you to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
