Jetsetter Chefs are busy but that doesn’t mean you can’t whip up restaurant-quality magic with minimal fuss.

Here’s a new go-to: Our Pesto Shrimp Pasta.

It’s fast, flavorful, and flashes enough Italian flair to impress any travel companion, from beach bums to business VIPs.  Whether you’re poolside in Palm Springs or tucked into a cabin in the Blue Ridge, this dish travels as well as you do.

Here’s how to make it happen—no apron required:

Quick Ingredients:

1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined that you can get here

1 lb uncooked spaghetti pasta — try this one.

22 oz basil pesto (store-bought or homemade). Here’s the best on Amazon.

Optional: cherry tomatoes, parmesan, crushed red pepper

Directions for this One-Pan Wonder:

If frozen, unfreeze shrimp.  Lay them on paper towel then place another paper towel on top to soak up excess moisture.

Boil Pasta.

Drain Pasta and leave in the pot

Keep basil pesto at room temperature.  Don’t cook or heat.

Add basil pesto and shrimp in the pot of pasta.

Stir it up good. Plate. Serve.

Jetsetter Tips:

Want low-carb? Sub in zucchini noodles.

Need it on the go? Pack it cold for a killer pasta salad.

Pair with crisp white wine, beachside mojito, or a Prosecco with a splash of Limoncello, as you see here. Plenty to choose from here.

You’re easily and in little time living the Undercover Jetsetter dream.
