This is a fun and somewhat simple martini recipe.

However, it took a while to refine.

Before we explain it, let us just say that mixology may seem like stealing. After all, you will find similar recipes to our Espresso Spanish Martini.

Like you, we scour the Internet for different cocktail ideas.

But, if you follow us closely, you will see that we do not take someone’s recipe and in its totality. That, we think, is stealing.

What we love to do is, as we call it, Jetsetterize it.

What is Jetsetterize?

We try to discover:

  • different hacks like adding coffee, cheese, or unthought of ingredients
obscure or not so apparent libations to either awaken or complement different palate profiles of family and friends.

That’s why we get a lot strange looks — until they taste it.

The goal of Jetsetterizing is to give you a complex taste without creating a complex recipe.

And we think we did it here.

Espresso Spanish Martini Conference Call

The Espresso Spanish Martini brings in the different flavors of coffee with sweet and citrus while only using four ingredients.

The Jetsetter Conference call was an hour as we were in our respective kitchens tasting and experimenting.

One thing we try to avoid is overly sweet cocktails, especially martinis.

We really want you to enjoy the taste of a well-refined spirit.

In this case, we didn’t want the espresso vodka to be overwhelmed.

So, we scaled back the Licor 43 and the Jetsetter simple syrup.

Perfecto!

As a result, we think we found the perfect ratio.

Still, after watching this, and trying it yourself, feel free to make adjustments.

After all, it’s all about your taste buds.

Let us know what you think or what you came up with.
