Listen in as we Jet Set you around the US with a stop in London.
We begin in Las Vegas. We are situated at the Siena Golf Club in the western side of the Las Vegas Valley.
Siena is a great golf track that you should play.

Golf Tip

We give you a putting tip as well.  Look to the Stratosphere.  That’s at the lowest part of the valley so everything rolls that way — including your putts.
And we talk about the great food at the golf course restaurant.
We also reminisce about RM Seafood, a great restaurant at Mandalay Bay, that is no longer open.
Rick Moonen, the top celebrity chef, is now working in management and development of sustainable seafood.

Cinco de Mayo Roll

We were sorry to see RM Seafood close down, but we reminisce over his classic Cinco de Mayo. Roll. Listen in and you can get the recipe to make it for yourself.
We also talk about the MGM Grand hotel and their wellness floors that provide aroma therapy and stay well mattresses and easy access to the gym and spa.
You can book a room at the MGM grand by going to our hotel booking engine which is at jetsetterdeals.com
You may want to use it when you go to Canton Ohio to the pro football Hall of Fame. We will cover the Hall of Fame in the future show.

Remembering Great Restaurants

In this episode, we reminisce about a great restaurant, called Savor, which is no longer open. You can hear about some of their dishes that were fabulous.
We take you to London to reminisce about another restaurant that has closed. We were at Jamie Oliver’s place near the theater district. You can hear us talk about his dishes that are traditional British with a gourmet flair.
We also give you a tip about getting theater tickets if you’re in the London theater district. We did this as we saw the Carole King musical called beautiful.

Atlanta Hippie Food

Next, we had to Atlanta Georgia to a restaurant — that is still open — called R. Thomas. It is a hippie retreat that looks like it is somewhere in the Bahamas. This is a great restaurant with very healthy food and it brings you back to the 1960s and 70s.
Next, we are in Napa to see how vines from the early 20th century are grafted and turned into modern day wines that are spectacular. We see this at the J Ricard‘s winery. We hear about the mastery from Jay records himself, who is also a critical care nurse.
And then we end up in Sunset Beach North, Carolina to see some ancient reptiles. Actually, they are alligators that adorn Oyster Bay Golf Course.
These are big creatures, but we get the lowdown on how dangerous they could be. Overall, you’re OK, unless you’re not real bright.
We think you will enjoy the show. This is one of our earlier productions.
