After 21 years in NASCAR’s premier level Cup series, Newman left Cup and entered semiretirement. It is a semiretirement because while he spends much of his time on his farm and raising his two daughters, The Rocket Man as he is called also runs some “one off” short track events and is chasing this year’s SRX Championship. Jack got a chance to sit down with Newman when SRX was at his family’s Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut and let’s just say, that visit is THE most unusual and humorous interviews that has ever done for Wind Tunnel.
